This term we have been getting to know the woodland.  The focus this half-term has been trees.  We have learnt about which trees can be found in Forest School and started to develop identification skills based on leaf shape, bark and seeds.  The children have become a ‘guardian’ to a chosen tree in the woodland and are tasked with keeping an eye on that tree for this academic year.
